Right to Recover Winning the Political and Religious Wars over Stem Cell Research in America
The topic of stem cell research is making headlines in every country. You may have read articles and heard stories that
are not exactly true. This book will tell the truth and challenge readers to think for themselves rather than
accept the opinion of political or religious leaders.
Right to Recover is an educational book that contains well-researched facts about all types of stem cell (bone marrow, amniotic and cord blood) treatments
presently being used and their restorative effects. It also explores the use of blastocyst stem cell research on laboratory
animals and presents findings to support its curative potential on humans.
Get the facts and learn:
The difference between fertilization and conception
Why an in vitro fertilized egg is not an embryo
Why a fish-looking embryo cannot develop in a lab
How a blastocyst can be examined without damaging it, and how new stem cell lines are created
About the in-vitro process and the four choices a couple has about what to do with their leftover blastocysts
The truth about cloning
Why scientists need to explore all the possibilities of stem cells without limited federal funding
that excludes blastocysts.
Current legislation on stem cell research
Learn the facts about days-old blastocysts and the possibility these cells hold.
With a foreword by Dr. Evan Snyder of Burnham Institute and endorsements from
Cure Paralysis Now, Don C. Reed and Shane Smith of California's Proposition 71,
Christopher Reeve Foundation, and many others, this book is an accurate picture
of what is happening in this scientific field of research.
The information in this book was derived from intensive research, personal interviews, emails and other correspondence with national
and international medical doctors, research scientists, religious leaders and elected officials as well as stories from patients, who
hope to transform their lives through stem cell technology.
DID YOU KNOW?...
...that the term "embryonic" stem cell research is a misnomer?
…that adult stem cells and those found in cord blood and amniotic fluid do not have the same properties
and cannot can not do the same things?
…that there is a difference between an embryo and a blastocyst?
…that there is Biblical proof that blastocystic stem cell research is a gift from our Creator?
…that the Bush Administration’s "right-wing" stance on blastocystic stem cell research is based on an opinion
that cannot be supported by scientific fact?

This book provides the comfort and answers you are looking for to help you process the stages of death and the natural dying process.
Topics include insight on hospice and palliative care, signs to look for when death is near, euthanasia and end of life decisions, how to deal with the imminent death
of a loved one and what to do to help someone peacefully transition to the afterlife. There's even a surprisingly fresh and unexpected look at suicide.
The true stories shared by people who've communicated with their loved ones on the other side provide solace for those who believe they are being visited by their
deceased loved ones.
Through this book, you will begin to see yourself as an empowered spirit being with a purpose on earth. The author hopes that the encouragement you find here will
allow you to continue your journey while peacefully perfecting the virtues you came here to improve.
While the sorrow and emotion we experience at the thought of death or the passing of a loved one is a natural part of the grieving process, the fear of death
is an illusion created by misunderstanding about who we really are. We are spirit beings having a human experience. When our body can no longer accommodate our
spirit, or when our earth mission is complete, we cease having a human experience. We are still spirit beings but our experience is different in the spirit realm.
Our eternal soul is our true identity and it has consciousness and memory that will continue to exist in other realms and dimensions. Death is a portal or tunnel
to another realm of consciousness, much like the one you passed through as an infant coming into this life through your mother's womb. Death is simply passing
from one life to another. There is truly nothing to be afraid of regarding this transition.

Officer Brandon James had been the head of Oakwood's gang commission for a relatively short time. In that time, however, he had made great strides against the five gangs
in the city. The one thing that Officer James could not put his finger on was the tall red headed kid that had just appeared without warning. "The Red Headed Stranger" as
they called him was part of the reason he had had so much early success. The kid would show up at gang activity, bring it to a peaceful resolution, then disappear, just
as fast as he had shown up. Things were going well. Officer James had met a lovely nurse named April who was also looking for the red headed kid, but for different
reasons. They both were single parents with teenagers.
All was going well until someone put a million dollar bounty on the family of Officer James.
"Oh my God!" exclaimed the Chief, not hiding the emotion that was welling up
in his eyes. The camera panned to the front of the damaged building. The scene showed two firemen with yellow oxygen tanks on their backs and fully covered with protective
gear and masks. They were carrying a small, black body bag suspended between them. They placed the bag on the ground. Officer James came running hysterically into camera
range shouting, "Michael! Tommy!" He threw his arms around the bag and began sobbing uncontrollably. The cameramen, in their disregard for human suffering, panned in on
the distressed officer for a close-up. The boys watching the scene on television were in shock. Who had killed the children of Officer James? Who was the red headed kid,
and why was he there? What is Positive Force and how will it overcome all this negative action?
Positive Force is a book that will entertain adolescents,
teenagers and adults. The mystery and intrigue will keep you turning
pages to find out more about this red-headed stranger.

The Blessing of Liberation, A Path to
Cleansing Karma
All of us at one time or another have wondered exactly what
is the essence of the universe that we find ourselves in. How
did it come to be? Why does it exist: what is its purpose, and
our purpose within it? Through the ages, thinkers and religious
leaders of all stripes have argued for one cosmological theory
or another -- usually leaving their followers unsure as to how
they can better understand it all on a personal level, and how
they can further develop their own sense of the Divine, based
upon those conflicting theories.
In this new book, Reverend Cherise Thorne presents a
unique and profound cosmology that was developed from her
own experiences as a medium, a healer, and a channel for divine
energy. In addition to explaining how the universe was formed,
she offers the reader valuable techniques that they can use for
deepening their own comprehension of what the Universe is all
about, and the spiritual unity that underlies all that we experience.
By studying and meditating upon the deep wisdom developed
by the author, and seeing how it fits within the context
of your own life and what you have experienced, you will be
able to question the conventional cosmological thinking, with
greater confidence, and better see your place in All That Is.

My Life: An Extraordinary Journey
Originally from Trenton, Tennessee, Thomas Winfrey was a self-employed owner of the Intermediate Care Facility for Mentally Retarded Adults located in Trenton, Tennessee.
My Life: An Extraordinary Journey is a biography by Thomas Winfrey
that depicts the ups and downs we all find in our lifetimes through
the real-life tales by Thomas Winfrey. Mr. Winfrey describes the roller-coaster ride he has taken throughout his lifetime,
starting with the extreme situation of being married to one woman, having a girlfriend, and living with a third! Growing up poor,
Winfrey had to deal with what was given to him.
Perhaps the most interesting aspect of Thomas Winfrey's life was when his mentally challenged nephew, Joe, inspired him to try
to make better lives for other mentally challenged children and adults around him. The Margie Home, named after Thomas's wife,
was founded in order to house and teach mentally challenged adults ways to break out on their own and lead more
independent lifestyles. A huge success, the start of the Margie Home brought in profit for Winfrey, but most importantly,
it brought him great satisfaction in knowing he was making a difference in the lives of those around him.

Many people believe that they have no say in how their life evolves. They think that God, fate, chance, or genes have control of their earthly journey.
In this book, you will learn that we are co-creators of our own lives and circumstances by the choices we make. After reading this book, I believe
that peace on earth is possible if we will only find this peace within our own silence—our own inner being that is connected to ALL THERE IS.
To become the master of our lives, we must stop seeing ourselves as separate from God or one another. By simply changing our thoughts, we can change
things around us.
Like a modern day Rumi, Hal builds on the quantum science theory that we are living many lives simultaneously in other dimensions or planes of
reality. He uses nature, animals, and daily events to draw conclusions about enlightenment and awareness. The insights in this book can change your life.

While the sorrow and emotion we experience at the thought of death or the passing of a loved one is a natural part of the grieving process, the fear of death is an illusion created by misunderstanding about who we really are. We are spirit beings having a human experience. When our body can no longer accommodate our spirit, or when our earth mission is complete, we cease having a human experience. We are still spirit beings but our experience is different in the spirit realm.
Our eternal soul is our true identity and it has consciousness and memory that will continue to exist in other realms and dimensions. Death is a portal or tunnel to another realm of consciousness, much like the one you passed through as an infant coming into this life through your mother's womb. Death is simply passing from one life to another. There is truly nothing to be afraid of regarding this transition.
Perhaps you are facing the death of your physical body and have doubts or worries about what comes next. This book will assure you, there is life after death and the Afterlife is a wonderful place to learn, love, plan and assess your spiritual growth. It is important to make spiritual progress while in the body, but even if you have lived a life that was less than loving here on earth, you will have a chance to revolve your karma and ask for help in the Afterlife because free-will is an irrevocable gift from our Creator.
When you know the truth contained in More Than Meets the Eye, it will set you free! Let the love, spirit and energy of this book release you from your fear of dying and help you prepare for a pleasant experience in the Afterlife.
There are many realms and dimensions that souls may visit once they leave their human body. The direction a soul takes upon departure from the body depends upon the state of mind a person is in when he or she dies. Some who depart suddenly or violently are not aware that they have died and may spend time wandering around the earth plane, confused. Others who are more prepared for the transition are greeted by loved ones on the other side. Those who were emotionally exhausted or who had been physically/mentally ill prior to death may go to a place of rest and recovery to allow the Spirit to heal from its earthly experience. After a life review to determine areas that need work, the soul moves on to a level or dimension that matches its current vibratory rate where it may continue to evolve. Some more enlightened souls may be ready to assist as a spirit guide to a human who is in body. Those who spent their earth life engaging in selfish or harmful behavior may remain stuck in that mental condition, roaming around aimlessly until they realize they need to seek the Light and change their ways.
Linda Woods, host of the Nashville radio series, Windows to Wellness (98.9 WRFN-LPFM) says that Perry’s book is:
A delightful exploration into the unknown by an author who openly shares her soul. If you have any doubts, fears or concerns about the dying process or the existence of an Afterlife, this book is for you. A welcome blend of intrigue, courage and adventure, that will open your mind, calm your spirit and lighten your heart.
Do Our Loved Ones Communicate With Us From the Other Side?
Yes, spirit communication with someone who has passed is not only possible, it is very likely that you will have some type of visitation from your deceased loved one, especially in the first few months. Have you noticed a bird that seems to be trying to get your attention? Have you been hearing the deceased person's favorite song over and over? Are you having dreams about the person that seem "too" real to just be a dream?
If you have lost someone you love, you can be assured that they are near you and want to communicate with you, if you will allow it. Communicating with deceased loved ones is much easier and more common than you might think. This book will show you how to tune in and teach you what to watch for. More and more people are beginning to talk about their experiences and as a result, this book is enhanced with true stories about those who have communicated with the spirits of deceased loved ones. These visitors always have a message--many simply want their family to know that they are alive and doing well, and that it is okay to move on without them. Some souls report that they have missions to accomplish in the Afterlife.
Are People Who Commit Suicide Punished in the Afterlife?
Coping with the death of a loved one is saddening enough, but the grief associated with death by suicide is often compounded by shock, guilt and confusion. The stigma associated with suicide may cause people to fear that their loved one may be punished in the afterlife, but this is not true. One reader reported that her son, who had committed suicide, came to her in a dream after she read More Than Meets the Eye. He was not being punished for ending his life; instead he was preparing to reincarnate in order to finish the mission he had aborted. She expresses her gratitude:
You are so brave to have written this book, but I'm so glad you did. I cannot begin to express the healing power it gave me to go on after the suicide of my son. I've sent the book to my father who is still grieving for the son he lost almost three years ago. Cheers to you, Yvonne.
Earthly life presents many challenges that allow us to grow spiritually, but there are those who become so disillusioned with the process that they feel they no longer want to live. When someone feels suicidal, they have allowed the ego and negative aspects of life to cloud the true aspect of who they are. The ego can make us feel ugly, unworthy, unappreciated, unlovable, unkind and undeserving. By controlling the ego through the higher aspect of the mind, we are more able to face and conquer life's challenges. When we consistently remember that we a spirit being having a human experience, we can bring about desired changes in life's situations.
Suicide is never the best option for escaping the drama of painful or unpleasant situations one has experienced in life. Ending a life via suicide will not put an end to the emotional pain because emotions continue in the Afterlife. While the soul does NOT have to endure hardship in order to learn its lessons, these experiences are sometimes created by the soul to help it evolve. We can learn to evolve in more positive and gentler ways. If we "skip class" and depart prematurely by our own devises, we will still need to learn the intended lessons in another lifetime. Understanding that you have the power to create your life as you want it, and taking steps toward making positive changes will allow you to enjoy life on earth and then go peacefully into the Afterlife once your mission here is complete.
Through this book, you will begin to see yourself as an empowered spirit being with a purpose on earth. The author hopes that the encouragement you find here will allow you to continue your journey while peacefully perfecting the virtues you came here to improve.
Psychic ability is an advanced state of spiritual awareness, and many people are acknowledging and developing their ability to tune in to higher vibratory realms and communicate with those on the other side. Channeling through mediums and psychics has become an acceptable method of gaining spiritual information. Additionally, thanks to modern medical equipment, those who have been pronounced clinically dead have been resurrected to tell us what they experienced on the Other Side. More Than Meets the Eye records several of these near-death experiences including her own, but
the account given by Rev. Juliet Nightingale tops them all. She has died and come back to the same body three times! Rev. Juliet Nightingale is the
International Relations Coordinator for
IANDS (International Association of Near-Death Studies) and Director to the Friends of IANDS Nashville - a discussion/support group for those who have had near-death, out-of-body or spiritually transforming experiences. She has written the book’s foreword and says of Yvonne’s book:
Perry has done a splendid job in bringing forth vital and pertinent information covering all facets of death, dying and the Afterlife—a subject that must be faced squarely in order to
release us from the illusions and fear that have plagued us throughout human history.
My Loved One is Dying and I Feel Guilty About Euthanasia
You are not alone! Yvonne's compassionate views about euthanasia come from her first-hand experience when her uncle was kept alive by machines for almost a year while his doctors allowed his wife to cling to false hope about his ability to survive. His doctors knew he was dying, but would not take action to free him from his suffering. Her uncle's spirit came to her while he was in coma asking her to help his wife understand that he wanted to be released from his body despite what his living will stated. What a relief it was for her and her uncle when his body was unplugged from life-support and his spirit was finally freed to soar.
Doctors are not typically trained in medical school to deal with the spiritual side of dying and therefore many of them do not have the ability to address end-of-life decisions with families. Many have no idea how to comfort or prepare a patient or his/her family when the soul is transitioning to the Afterlife.
More Than Meets the Eye includes a commentary by Dr. Aaron Milstone, Director for the Lung Transplant Department of Vanderbilt University Medical Center, to bring comforting light to issues such as euthanasia, end of life decisions and other topics we don't normally talk openly about. Dr. Milstone's unique and intuitive method of helping families cope with the impending death of their loved one is shared in this book and will be of great assistance to any doctor or hospice care worker who deals with a high patient mortality rate.
Many families face similar situations, and this book can be a tremendous encouragement to them. When Terry Schiavo's story hit the news, many people were speaking out for both sides of euthanasia; both the pros and cons, passive and active. The phrase "persistent vegetative state" became a household term and many people were urged to consider the benefit of having a living will. For that reason,

thought that I was going crazing or having a breakdown. Now I understand clearly what happened. Thanks for writing such a
great book. I will post my 10 star review on Amazon today. —DT
I read your book and thoroughly enjoyed it. Your book will be a tremendous success and will be a transition handbook that
everyone will want to own. I have always been fascinated with NDE's and as an avid reader can't get enough of it. — L.T.
I just finished reading MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE. My original intention was to read a few pages tonight. However, I couldn't stop.
My father passed last June and I had a NDE several years ago. Thank you for writing your book and sharing. —GH

I just now finished listening to your program! …it was wonderful -- even made me cry! Of course, this stuff is so close to my
heart and it means so much to me that more and more material is getting out there for people to see/hear. —J.N.
Thanks for sending More Than Meets the Eye. I received it yesterday and finished reading your work this morning. Interesting book.
As one who had a NDE as a teenager and other spiritual happenings, later in life, many of the experiences you write about were similar
to my own, which gives me great comfort knowing I am not alone in these experiences. —C.B.
Take a frustrated woman, give her a computer, and she will tell the world more than they ever wanted to know. This is the simple, straightforward, storytelling concept developed by Yvonne Perry for her debut novel, Email Episodes. She documents everyday events that take place in the life of Expressy, a wife and mother whose life is falling apart. What else can you do besides laugh or get a tattoo when: your kids are teenagers, your husband wants a divorce, you're having a mid-life crisis, you're grieving from relocating three times in less than five years, you're dealing with repressed issues from your childhood, and the church turns its back on you? Expressy walks out of her chaos and leaves the limitations imposed upon her to find a life that is full of love, joy, fun, and hope. You will laugh at her hilarious antics while being inspired by her courage. Take Expressy's hand and begin the comical journey toward wholeness.
